Participants are responsible for their own travel to and from the INSPIRE retreat.

International attendance is limited to 20% of total participants on a first come, first serve basis.

Approximately 40 hours preparation work is required prior to the retreat.

Program cost as of March 1, 2018 is US$30,000.

WHAT TO EXPECT

Approximately one month prior to the retreat a collection of reading materials is provided to each participant. An introduction webinar provides a detailed overview of how the retreat will function, and an explanation of the materials provided. Short check in calls occur each week prior to the retreat to ensure all participants are adequately prepared.

Each morning, a new INSPIRE module is presented to the group by a subject matter expert. Participants work on individual or team based projects to apply the principles from the module to their personal growth or industry specific scenarios. Group activities are presented back to the cohort for evaluation and discussion.

Each evening, experts in corporate etiquette and personal branding deliver education from the INSPIRE Respect module. Leaders are then provided opportunities to apply these principles in the networking or dining experience for that night.

Each leader is assigned a mentor for the duration of the INSPIRE retreat. Continuous improvement feedback is provided to participants based on their activities. Mentors aid in discussing feedback and providing guidance to leaders through one-on-one meetings each day.

The program culminates with participants crafting a personal leadership plan to aid in their future development as an inspirational force within their organization and the industry.
